My only concerns/questions would be

1) can they adjust the tracking which copying to DVD to ensure the best quality recording if the supplied original material?

2) can they designate specific 'chapter points' for ease of navigation of newly created DVD?

Providing I can get satisfactory answers to these to questions then yes indeed their service is certainly going to be very valuable to me in copying some of the few tapes that I have which I am unable to get the equivilant DVD retail title.
